SFTEC
A a high-performance triple offset butterfly valve designed for extreme service applications. Its cam-like triple offset geometry eliminates rubbing between seat and seal ring, reducing wear and extending service life, while the torque-seated metal-to-metal seal ensures reliable bi-directional zero leakage shutoff.
Unique Features: splined disc/stem connection prevents misalignment, supports axial movement, and maintains seal integrity.
Performance: handles temperatures from -320°F to 842°F (-196°C to 450°C) with ASME Class 150–900 pressure ratings.
Applications: bulk liquid storage, LNG, power generation, refining, chemical processing, cryogenic service, pulp & paper, shipbuilding, geothermal steam, and water & wastewater.
Materials: available in carbon steel, stainless steel, and high alloys including Inconel®, Hastelloy®, and XM-19.
With its compact, weight-saving design, Tri Lok offers an efficient alternative to larger valve types, delivering safety, reliability, and long-term performance for critical industries worldwide.
Structural features:
1. The valve seat adopts a fully metal movable structure, and the movable valve seat is sealed with flexible graphite.
2. The principle of adjustable valve seat allows for the achievement of zero leakage in valve reverse sealing.
3. The sealing surface is made of wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant alloys, such as Stellite hard alloys, through build-up welding or spray welding, forming a metal-to-metal seal with the valve seat, suitable for working conditions with complex media.
4. Compared to some multi-layer metal sealing structures, the all-metal sealing structure is more resistant to fluid erosion, less susceptible to medium influence, and possesses superior erosion and wear resistance.
